Unfinished Speech assignment + odd effect wearing flannel pants has on Annie's brain = New post

Hey.

So I know where most of you, I think, are going for Spring Break, but since comments have pretty much stopped altogether, tell us where you're going, when your Spring break is, and what your specifc plans are. Come on. Don't deny me the juicy details of your more-interesting-than-mine lives ;)

Also, just as a side note, all persons that will be in Yakima had better be planning on some serious hang out with Sally and Annie time. So now you are warned and can prepare (unless you plan on hanging out during YVCC finals, March 16th-18th. Then no.).

Changes.

Ok folks, I have to make this a quick post since I've got a math quiz in 10 minutes.

As you can see, Margaret and I have decided on a new title for the blog. We hope that y'all like it. ;)

Anyway, post your comments about this new title.

Title Vote!

People definitely need to continue posting on the last topic (I think it's a great one! Good goin' Steve! :D) But I think we need to take a survery of the members of this comment blog. For those of you who haven't noticed, there has been a grammar war going on between Moog and Steve over the title of the blog, which I originally changed. ;) It started out innocuosly enough as "The Commenter's Paradise" but as a joke, I changed it to "Teh." Seemed to fit the mood of the blog better. ;) Now, Margaret is arguing for it to be changed back to the proper word "The" for the sake of the English language. Steve, who has apparently grown to like the original change, is opposed to this idea.

Thus, the blog title has been switching back and forth over the last few days and I think it's time to settle this once and for all! Which title does everyone prefer, "Teh Commenter's Paradise" or "The Commenter's Paradise." I personally am fairly ambiguous. :) I am partial to randomly changing the blog without notice, so you'll all have to decide without me. So vote with your comments, people! "Teh" or "The!" :)

A Time for Sacrifice

Ok folks, I'm not Catholic, and I don't think any of you are, but I celebrate Lent. For those of you who don't know what Lent is, it's the 40 days before Easter. During this time, we are supposed to give something up that we truly enjoy, as Jesus gave his life for us.

So I ask, what are you giving up for Lent, if anything?

Postage

As previously mentioned, I believe it's time for a new conversation topic... Being rather short on ideas at the moment, and posessed with a burning desire to go play metroid prime, I'll just quote something out of my logic textbook; "For example, 'this door must be closed at all times' is the sort of rule one might write on a door, but not the sort of rule one would write on a rosebush."
So I ask you, what is the sort of rule one might write on a rosebush? ;)
